Die Leitung in die Crimp-hülse der
Buchse (2) bzw. des Steckers (4) bis
zum Sichtloch (A) einführen. (ill. 5)
Insert cable into the crimping sleeve
of the socket (2) or the plug (4). Cable
must be visible in the sight hole (A).

Hinweis:
Die Stecker KST6AR-N/25-L und
Buchsen KBT6AR-N/25-S-L haben
Crimpanschluss für 25mm² Leitun-
gen. Mit Reduzierhülsen können
auch 10mm² und 16mm² Leitungen
verwendet werden.

The plug KST6AR-N/25-L and
socket KBT6AR-N/25-S-L have crimp
terminations for 25mm² conduc-
tors. Using reducing sleeves 10mm²
and 16mm² conductors can also be
crimped.

Mittels MC Crimpzange M-PZ13 und
dem passenden Einsatz (siehe Tab.1,
Seite 3) Leitung in Crimphülse ver-
crimpen. Crimpzone beachten! (ill. 7)
Crimp the cable with the MC Crimping
pliers M-PZ13 and the correct insert
(see Tab.1, page 3) Crimp only in the
crimping zone!

Die Leitung nicht anschweissen
oder anlöten!
Note:
Do not solder or weld the cable!
Buchsenmontage Socket assembly

Tülle (3) auf die Buchse (2) schieben
bis sie in der Nut (D) einrastet. Tülle
(3a): Angecrimpte Buchse von hinten
durch die Tülle (3a) schieben bis sie in
der Nut (D) ein-rastet. Isolierhülse (1)
mittels Warmluftgebläse handwarm
anwärmen und auf den Buchsenkör-
per schieben, bis sie in der Nut (F)
einrastet. Vollständige Einrastung
optisch kontrollieren! (ill. 8)
Push the sleeve (3) over the socket (2)
until it engages into groove (D). Sleeve
(3a): Push the crimped on socket from
behind through the sleeve (3a) until
it engages in groove (D). Warm up
lukewarm the insulating sleeve (1)with
a hot air blower and push it over the
socket until it engages into groove (F).
Visually check the snap-in parts!
