Crimphülse in die Zange bis zum An-
schlag im Locator, einführen. Schlies-
sen bis fi xiert (ohne Deformation).

Insert the crimping sleeve into the
pliers locator to the end stop position.
Close until fi xed.

Einzelleiter in axialer Richtung in die
Crimphülse bis zum Anschlag einfüh-
ren. Wenn ein Sichtloch vorhanden
ist muss der Leiter dort sichtbar sein.
Zange komplett schliessen. Die Zange
löst sich von selbst.

Push the conductor in the crimping
sleeve to the end stop. When there
is an inspection hole, the conductor
must be visible. Close the pliers com-
pletely. The pliers disengage automati-
cally.
Hinweis:
Kurz vor Ende der Crimpung,
kann der Crimpvorgang nicht mehr
unterbrochen werden. In diesem Fall
muss der Crimpvorgang komplett
beendet werden, um die Crimpzange
zu öffnen.
Achtung:
Um die Zange zu verriegeln,
leicht schliessen!
Note:
When the crimping action is
almost fi nished it cannot be interrupt-
ed. The crimp must be completed
before the tool can be opened.
Attention:
Slightly close the pliers, to lock!
Prüfung
Control
Crimpstelle auf Rissbildung prüfen.
Leiter muss im Sichtloch (falls vorhan-
den) sichtbar sein.
Check crimping points (no crack for-
mation). Wires must be visible in the
sight hole (if available).
