Der Stecker wird über das M10
Gewinde in den Kontaktblock einge-
schraubt und mit einem Drehmoment
von 10Nm festgezogen.

Eine Klebefolie wird zur Sicherstellung
der Kriechstrecken über die Basis des
Pins gezogen und gut angedrückt.
Dabei ist darauf zu achten, dass die
Folie von der Kante des Metallteils an
mindestens 8mm auf nicht leitendem
Material aufl iegt.

To maintain the creepage distances an
adhesive foil is pulled over the base
of the pin and pressed fi rmly in place.
Care must be taken that the foil rests
on non-conductive material over a di-
stance of at least 8mm from the edge
of the pin.

Für die Verbindung wird der BCC mit
der schwarzen Isolation am Minuspol
und der roten Isolation am Pluspol an-
geschlossen. Dazu wird die Isolation
in Kabelrichtung verschoben wodurch
die Verriegelung freigegeben wird.
Nach vollständiger Steckung kann
die Isolation losgelassen werden und
durch die Federfunktion wird der
Steckverbinder automatisch verriegelt.
Die Wirksamkeit der Verrieglung wird
durch leichtes Ziehen des Steckver-
binders nach oben, ohne Betätigung
der Verriegelung, geprüft.

In order to effect connection, the BCC
with the black insulation is plugged
on the negative pole and the one with
the red insulation on the positive pole.
The insulator is pushed in the direction
of the cable so as to free the locking
device.
When the plugging operation has
been completed, the insulator can be
released and the connector is automa-
tically locked by spring action. Correct
locking is checked by pulling upwards
on the connector without actuating
the locking device.

tigt und gleichzeitig Axial zum Stecker
abgezogen.

In order to unplug the connector, the
insulator is moved in the direction of
the arrow and at the same time pulled
upwards in line with the pin.
Achtung
Im ungesteckten Zustand sind die
Steckerteile wie auch die Buch-
senteile nicht IP2X berührge-
schützt. Der Berührschutz muss
durch den Endanwender sicher-
gestellt werden und der Zugang
darf nur für Elektrofachkräfte
oder elektrotechnisch unterwie-
sene Personen möglich sein.
Attention
In the unplugged state, the plug
parts and socket parts are not
touch protected according to
IP2X. Touch protection must be
ensured by the end user, and
access must be possible only for
trained personnel.

Ein Trennen unter Last ist nicht
zulässig.
