Befestigung des Scharniers
Fixing the hinge
Das Scharnier muss mit vier M6-Schrauben und Federringen auf
dem Gehäuse (und der Tür) befestigt werden (Kundenbeschaf-
fung und abhängig von der Oberfläche).
Es gilt zu beachten, dass die Schraubentiefe mindestens 6 mm
betragen muss (die Schraubenlänge muss der Dicke der metalle-
nen Stützplatte angepasst werden).
Diese Schrauben werden mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel von
4 bis 6 Nm angezogen.
Bei der Anbringung des befestigten Halbscharniers ist sicher-
zustellen, dass der bewegliche Teil in der richtigen Richtung
positioniert wird. Werden mehrere Scharniere verwendet, müs-
sen diese in der gleichen Richtung montiert werden, damit der
bewegliche Teil angebracht werden kann�
Das Scharnier muss vor der Montage nicht eingefettet werden.
Die Achse des Scharniers nicht mit einem gewöhnlichen mecha-
nischen Schmiermittel einfetten�
The hinge must be fixed on the box (and the door) using four
M6 screws with lock washers (supplied by customer and de-
pending on the surface)�
It is essential to observe a screw depth of at least 6 mm (length
of the screw must be adapted to the thickness of the suppor-
ting metal panel)�
These screws are tightened with a torque wrench between 4
and 6 Nm�
When fixing the fixed half-hinge, be sure to position the mov-
ing part in the right direction. When using multiple hinges,
they have to be installed in the same direction to be able to fix
the moving part.
It is not necessary to grease the hinge before mounting�
Do not lubricate the axis of the hinge with a standard mechani-
cal grease�
