Commissioning
The combination electrode is now ready to measure. Always
leave the refilling opening of the reference electrode open
while measuring.
When operating the electrode ensure that:
x the filling opening for the bridge electrolyte is open
x the inner junctions are covered with bridge electrolyte
x no air bubbles are in the bridge electrolyte
x the depth of immersion is within the optimum range:
Minimum depth of immersion:
The diaphragm must be covered
Maximum depth of immersion:
Approx. 1 cm below the fluid level of the bridge electrolyte
Calibration Calibrate according to the data given in the operating
manual of the measuring instrument and the analysis
specification.
