•
Make sure that the temperature in the working area is between +5 and +45 °C.
•
Always observe the existing maintenance program (see 4. in this manual).
•
Do not touch the internal arranged components and pipes. These parts reach a very high
temperature during the operation and keep that for a certain time after switching off.
•
Do not leave inflammable objects or nylon parts or cloths near the vacuum pump.
•
Do not move the vacuum pump with the tank under pressure.
•
Do not use the vacuum pump with the supply cord damaged or with precarious connection.
•
Do not use the vacuum pump in a potential explosive environment (e.g. in the immediate vi-
cinity of gas tanks) or near open flames and never in moist or dusty premises.
•
Do not allow anyone to operate the vacuum pump unless she/he has received correct in-
structions.
•
Do not hit the fan wheels with metallic or sharp objects as they could break during operation.
•
Do not operate the vacuum pump without air filter.
•
Do not alter any manipulations to the safety and adjusting devices.
•
Do not connect a hose which has a flow rate lower than that of the vacuum pump.

Function of the Unit
3.1
Initial operation
The place should be free of dust and color fog, well-tempered and opened for fresh
air. Do not place the vacuum pump near a heating or directly in the sunlight. In order
to ensure proper ventilation, the vacuum pump shall be positioned at least at 50 cm
from any obstacles. Select a dry and horizontal surface and prevent it from movement!
Before the setup of the machine you have to check the following points!
•
The surface for a low-pressure mounting must be not porous and must be flat and free of
cracks. This kind of mounting can't be use, if this is not the case.
•
Check the voltage, frequency and tension mentioned and compare with you own at side.
•
If the motor will not start within 5 seconds after switched on, you have to pull out the plug
immediately, motor and compressor to be checked carefully. The vacuum pump could be
blocked in such a case.
