•Operation
The DI50 is a panel mount, +1/ digit indicator for current or voltage
signals. It shows the input measurement in any chosen engineering
unit using bright, 14 mm high, LED digits.
•Installation
Caution: In order to meet product safety requirements, these units
must only be installed, by qualified staff, in accordance with the
information given in this manual, using the mounting clips and terminal
blocks supplied, and all relevant national electrical wiring and safety
rules must be followed.
Locate the instrument in an area that is free from dust, moisture and
corrosive gases. Do not cover the ventilation holes at the side of the
case.
Inputsandsensorpowersupply
The default input is a 4-0 mA signal. The DI50 can be ordered to suit
most common analogue current/voltage formats - please check the
model number for details.
As standard the DI50 has a power supply suitable for powering a
loop powered transmitter or other active device as input. This circuit is
completely isolated from the input circuit and power supply.
