INSTALLATION
Fitting the telescopic chimney
stack
(When the telescopic chimney
is fitted the hood can be used
either in the evacuation or in the
recirculation mode).
• Firstwiden the two sides ofthe
upper section S slightly and in­
sert it as shown in the picture.
• Ensure that the two sides are
correctly fastened on bracket 3.
• Secure the upper section to
the bracket 4 using the screws
provided.
• Widen the two sides of the lo­
wer section I slightly and insert
it as shown in the picture.
• Ensure that the two sides are
correctly fastened on bracket 2
and 3.
• Fix the lower section using the
screws provided.
Note: the upper (S) and lower
(I) sections are fixed to the
wall bracket in the middle (3)
through a spring and the con­
nection is made by pushing
both sections vigourously to­
ward the centre.
• Fit the two recirculation grilles,
applying pressure, one to either
side of the chimney ensuring
the grilles are fitted in the direc­
tion of the arrows.
• When the hood is to be used in
the recirculation mode ensure
that both grilles fit properly into
the recirculation duct.
INSTALLATION

(Diese Installation ist gültig für
Umluft und Abluftversion).
• Oberes Teleskopteil S leicht
auseinanderbiegen und wie in
Abbildung anbringen.
• Es ist sicherzustellen, daß
die zwei seitlichen Schenkel
gut hinter dem Wandblech 3
einrasten.
• Oberes Teleskopteil mittels der
zwei beigefügten Schrauben an
der oberen Lasche 4 befestigen.
• Unteres Kaminteil I leicht aus­
einanderbiegen und wie abge­
bildet anbringen.
• Es ist sicherzustellen, daß die
zwei seitlichen Schenkel gut an
den Wandblechen 2 und 3 ein­
rasten.
• Unteres Kaminteil wird seit­
lich mit den zwei beigefügten
Schrauben befestigt.
Bemerkung: Die hinteren Ab­
wickelungen des Teleskoptei­
les (S) und des Kaminteiles (I)
müssen mit kräftigem Druck
gegen die Federkraft des
Wandbleches (3) angedrückt
werden.
• Die beiden Luftleitgitter wer­
den in den seitlichen Öffnungen
mit kräftigem Druck im Blech
eingerastet. (Achten Sie auf die
Pfeile).

• Bei Umluftbetrieb soll jedes
Gitter gut in eine Seite des Um­
luft-Adapters eingreifen.
