If you are fully populated
ODR300F/NGR 3 with subracks, a
bend radius plate must be fixed to
the subrack in the lowest position.
The existing support bracket fot the
radius plate must be removed
before fixing the radius plate to the
subrack.
The picture shows the radius plate
mounted to the lowest subrack.
After that you can fix the cables with
the velcro tie.
Wenn der Baugruppenträger 300F im
ODR300F/NGR 3 eingebaut wird,
muss ein spezieller Radiusbegrenzer
ausgestattet mit einem Klettband am
untersten Baugruppenträger
angebaut werden.
Dieser Radiusbegrenzer ist bei der
Lieferung des Schrankes an einem
Winkel montiert. Bei voller
Bestückung des Schrankes mit
Baugruppenträgern, wird der Winkel
nicht mehr gebraucht und muss
demontiert werden.
Den Radiusbegrenzer wie im Bild
dargestellt an den untersten
Baugruppenträger montieren und die
Kabel mit Hilfe des Klettbands
fixieren.
4. Assembly of loose tubes
Cut the bend limitation conduit to
two lengths with the loose tube
cutter according to the table.

4. Montage von Schutzrohren
Die richtige Länge des Schutzrohres
mit Hilfe der Tabelle ermitteln und
abschneiden.
Mark all conduits 1650mm from one
end. Feed the loose tubes into the
conduits from the other end.
A=Protection Conduit
B=Loose Tube
C=Fibres
Alle Schutzrohre 1650mm von einem
Ende markieren, anschliessend die
Bündeladern vom anderen Ende aus
in die Schutzrohre einschieben.
A=Schutzschlauch
B=Bündelader
C=LWL Fasern
Insert the conduits according to the
sketch.
Anordnung der Schutzrohre wie im
Bild dargestellt.
