General
The eneo scanning device tool is used to find all eneo network cameras
in a local network. The search of the cameras will be implemented over
a multicast protocol that allows a finding of the cameras if the used PC is
configured for a completely different network class. For example, the ca-
meras are in the C - Class 192.168.1.xx area, the PC was for an A - class
configured network 10.8.0.xx.
The eneo scanning device tool was programmed under Dot.Net Framework
3.5. It is important to ensure that the PC has installed to use this frame
work updates. If this is not so, the packets can be free downloaded from
the Internet and installed.
The tool does not need to be installed with a setup program, since no
registry entries need to be made. The program EXE - file start with a simple
double click to use the program.
