Assembly
Preparation
Danger Risk of injury!
Failure to observe the instructions may result in prob-
lems and risks when using the gas grill.
– If applicable, wear safety gloves to protect against sharp
edges.
– Always follow all assembly instructions provided.
1. First completely read through the assembly instructions.
2. Always work with at least one other person.
3. Take enough time for the assembly and clear a work area of
two to three square meters.
4. Lay out any required tools so that they are within reach.
Small parts such as handles may come preassembled.
Required tools
1 x cross-slotted screwdriver
2 x size 17 wrenches or
1x size 17 wrench and 1 x pliers
Assembling the grill
1. Regarding Fig. 1: Screw the 2-piece gas container holder
(2) onto the bottom of the base plate (1) using 4 type M6x12
screws (a).
2. Regarding Fig. 2: Screw tighten the supports legs (3) to (6)
onto the base plate using one M6 x 12 screw (a) each. Pay
attention to the labelling of the individual support legs.
3. Regarding Fig. 3: Run the axle (9) through the wheel (7)
and insert the resulting assembly in the holes on the left
front support leg (3). Run the splint (b) through the axle (9).
Push the wheel cap (8) into place.
Repeat the process for the rear left support leg (4).
4. Regarding Fig. 4: Screw the locking wheels (10) onto the
bottom of the right support legs (5) and (6).
5. Regarding Fig. 5: Mount the two side panels (11) on the
support legs and the base plate using 6 M6 x 12 screws (a)
each.
6. Regarding Fig. 6: Mount the rear panel (12) on the support
legs and the base plate with 7 M6 x 12 screws (a).
7. Regarding Fig. 7: Mount both racks (13) and (14) on the
support legs (right side) (14) using 4 M6 x 12 screws (a)
each.
8. Regarding Fig. 8: Run the two screws (d) through the heat
shield (16) and the spacer sleeves (c) and screw them into
the grill pan (15) from below.
9. Regarding Fig. 9: Remove the protective cap from the gas
connection (17) and screw one end of the gas hose (18)
onto it until tight (left-hand threading ). Do not use an extra
gasket! Tighten the union nut of the gas hose with a size
17 wrench. In the process hold the gas connection (17) in
place with pliers or a second size 17 wrench.
Screw tighten the other end of the gas hose (18) onto the
enclosed pressure regulator (19) using a size 17 wrench.
10. Regarding Fig. 10: Place the grill pan (15) between the
support legs so that it rests on the support legs. Screw the
grill pan and support legs together using one M6x55 screw
(e) each.
11. Regarding Fig. 11: Screw the grill pan and both racks
together using one M6x12 screw (a) each.
12. Regarding Fig. 12: Screw the lateral brace (20) onto the
front support legs from the back using two M6x12 screws
(a). The magnetic stop must be point to the bottom front.
13. Regarding Fig. 13: Place the left door (21) over the hinge
pin and screw it to the lateral brace using the hinge screw
(g).
Repeat the process for the right door.
14. Regarding Fig. 14: The fat tray (25) must be installed on
the bottom of the grill pan. Push the side arms of the fat tray
(25) in a bit and let them slide into the tracks on the grill pan
base from below.
15. Regarding Fig. 15: To prevent the grill from accidentally
rolling away or moving, lock the locking wheels (“ON” is
down).
16. Regarding Fig. 16: Place the three heat tents (22) in the
designated holders.
17. Regarding Fig. 17: Place the two grill racks (23) on the
holder in the grill pan.
18. Regarding Fig. 18: Run the warming grate (24) through the
recesses in the side walls of the gril pan and place it on the
holder along the back top edge of the grill pan.
19. Regarding Fig. 19: Place the gas container in the gas
container holder. The gas container may not exceed the
following maximum values: Ø 300 mm, height 500 mm, net
weight 5 kg.
Setting up the grill
Attention Risk of damage!
Any screwed connections may gradually loosen dur-
ing use and affect the stability of the grill.
– Before use, always check that the screws are secure. If nec-
essary, tighten all screws again in order to ensure that the
grill has a stable position.
1. Before use, place the grill on a level, solid base located
outdoors.
2. Wash off the grill racks with warm scouring water before
use.
3. Check the gas container and the connections for leaks (see
section “Checking for gas leaks”).
4. Check the grill burner for any blockages if you have not
used the barbecue for a prolonged period of time.
