Preparation of the cable

Leitung 3 auf gewünschte Nennlänge
ablängen.

Cut the cable 3 to the desired nominal
length.

schieben.

Slide insulators 2 and 4 onto cable.

Das KT1-S Leitungsende mittels
Abisolierzange auf Länge L=3mm
und das KT405-BK Leitungsende auf
Länge L=6mm abisolieren.

Leitung 3 in Buchse 5 löten.Max.
Löttemperatur: +350°C.

Solder cable 3 in socket 5. Max. solder
temperature: +350°C.
Buchse und Lötstelle müssen frei von
austretendem Lötzinn sein.
Socket and solder area should be free
from excess solder.
Hinweis:
Ein fi xierter Stift Ø 0.7mm hält die
Buchse 5 beim Löten fest.
Note:
For soldering purposes a fi xed pin
Ø 0.7mm can be used to hold the
socket 5 in position.

Knüpftülle 4 und Leitung 3 mit angelö-
teter Buchse 5 in Hilfwerkzeug A-LK1-
S einlegen. Buchse in die Knüpftülle
stecken und gleichzeitig die Leitung
nachziehen.

Insert slip-n-tie insulation 4 and sol-
dered cable 3 with socket 5 into the
auxiliary tool A-LK1-S. Insert socket
into the slip-n-tie insulation and pull
simultneously the cable.
