The E20 error code ap-
pears in the display** and
the Start/Pause pushbut-
ton flashes red*** : • the drainage filter is obstructed,
• the drain hose is blocked or bent,
• the drain hose is fixed too high (see “Installa-
tion” section).

vated, please proceed as follows :
- close the water inlet tap,
- empty the appliance for 2 minutes before
unplugging,
- call the after-sales service.
The drainage pump runs
constantly, even when the

Softener runs directly into
