The combination electrode is now ready to measure.
Note The reference electrode must contain enough electrolyte
solution, so that the level of the electrolyte solution is
clearly higher than that of the test sample during the
measurement.
Calibration Calibrate according to the data given in the
operating manual of the measuring instrument and
the analysis specification.
Sample preparation
Mix standard solutions and test samples with TISAB
sample conditioning solution 1:1. The sample
conditioning solution creates optimum conditions for
measuring. It provides a constant ionic strength and
similar diffusion potentials at the reference electrode in
standard and test sample.
