• Place cover (Pos. 18) on actuator housing (Pos. 1) an fasteb with special
key.
Continuation 4.2.1 Installation
•Place actuator on cover.
CAUTION!
Diaphragm and diaphragm contacting parts must be kept
grease-free by any means!
• Button diaphragm (Pos. 21).
• Align diaphragm: Maker of diaphragm must stand in vertical position to the
flow direction .
• Put the valve body back on (Pos. 22).
• Bring casing screws(Pos. 24) to home position.
• Activate the actuator 2 x.
• Fasten screws crosswise (Pos. 24).
CAUTION!
Observing torque (see table)!
• Examine valve on reliable operation and tightness.
