1 THIS MANUAL
The conversion instructions describe the procedure for remodelling the
control function of Model 2030 and 2031. Keep this manual where it will
be available for every user and provided to every new owner of the control
cabinet for chamber pressure regulation.
CAUTION!
The instructions must be read and understood before remo-
delling work is commenced.
Read the operating instructions carefully. In particular,
follow the chapter

1.1 Symbols
The following symbols are used in these operating instructions:
