Step 6: Setting up Function keys for the Private Mailbox

Click „Xtension modules ... [name of the
module]“ (COMfort 2000) or „Multifunctional
key“ (COMfort 1000 and 1200) to open the
page for setting up Function keys.
Right-mouse click the button for the key, and
left-mouse click „Call forwarding: predef.“ to
assign the Call Forwarding function to a free
first-level Function key.
In the Kind of switching field, select option
Switch over.
In the Kind of call diversion field, select
option Immediately (CFU).
In the Destination of the call diversion field,
enter the internal number of your Voicemail
Center 461.2 (in the example: 37).
In the Destination name field, enter a name
of your choice (in the example: Mailbox 1).
In the Kind of telephone number field, select
option Internal number.
