Voicemail Center 461.2:

To disable Voicemail Center 461.2, press the Answering mode key again. For details,
please refer to the Voicemail Center 461.2 user manual on the Auerswald Mega Disk.
Step 12: Checking that the Global Mailbox is working
From any external telephone:
Call the external number you have allocated to Voicemail Center 461.2 (in the example:
944888). Do not answer the call from any of the phones that are ringing. After the interval set
in the PBX system, Voicemail Center 461.2 answers the call and plays the OGM you have
recorded for the Global Mailbox. You can record a test message after the tone. Then end the
call.

To play back ICMs, press the Secondary function key (2 nd ) and then the Playback key. For
details about other functions, please refer to the Voicemail Center 461.2 user manual on the
Auerswald Mega Disk.
Press the Answering mode key to switch on
Voicemail Center 461.2.
The LED next to the Answering
mode key is on.
The LED next to the Playback
key flashes, to signal that
Voicemail Center 461.2 has
recorded a new ICM.
Press the Playback key to play back new
ICMs.
The new ICMs are played back.
The display shows the time of
the call and the caller's tele-
phone number (if this is trans-
mitted).
