8.1

Handling

of

oxygen

Always keep all items that may come into contact with oxygen free from oil and
grease! Risk of explosion!

8.2

Torch

cutting

Torch attachments may only be used with perfect seals (O-rings) and perfect sealing surfaces.
Replace damaged seals (O-rings) immediately, refurbish sealing surfaces or replace the

connections.

8.3

Gaskets

The installed monoblock valves are of the same type of design and are maintenance-free.
Damaged or leaky valves must be replaced by new valves. Unscrew the valves in the valve open
position.
After cleaning the sealing surfaces, screw in a new monoblock valve with fitted O-ring and
tighten down firmly (torque: approx. 40 Nm).
Important: Insert the correct plate for gas identification in the handwheel groove.

Disposal

9.1

Metal parts and gas cartridges

Parts of your device can be recycled.
Approved, certified recyclers are available for this. Metals must be sorted and delivered
separately to a disposal facility.
Ask your waste authority about environmentally sound disposal of non-recyclable materials
(e.g., electronic waste).
