3 Setup program
3.7.4 Editing the TAG number
By using Edit
 TAG number (up to 8 characters), you can save an
identifier (designation of measurement point) in the transmitter.
Transfer the TAG number to the transmitter, together with the input
parameters using the menu function Data transfer
 Data transfer
to device or the icon from the toolbar. Adjustable transmitters
have to be calibrated before the data transfer.
If you wish to enter the TAG number only (all other settings are re-
tained), use the Edit online function.
h Position the mouse pointer within the working area, above TAG
number, and use the right mouse button.
h Left-click on Edit online to start the function.
The setup program reads the current number out of the transmitter
that is connected and transfers the new number back to the trans-
mitter after the entry (conclude entry with the Transfer button). No
calibration has to be carried out.
