Section 5 WLAN Application Examples
The following steps are necessary to set up FoxSaver:
1. Activate your WLAN and connect to “POWADOR-WIFI”.
2. Open the Mozilla Firefox ® web browser.
3. In the menu bar, go to “Tools >> Add-ons >> Get Add-ons”.
4. Enter “FoxSaver” in the search fi eld and confi rm by pressing Enter.
5. Install the “FoxSaver” add-on by pressing “Add to Firefox...”.
6. In the next window click on “Install now”.
7. After it has been installed successfully, go to “Tools >> FoxSaver >> Options...”.
8. Deactivate the “FoxSaver Photos” setting.
Now enter the Media RSS URL http://192.168.37.1:34666/rss/imagefeed.xml and acti-
vate the setting (by ticking the box), as shown in the screenshot below left.
9. Go to “Other” and make the settings changes shown in the screenshot below right.
10. The settings will be saved when you press “OK”.
11. Now select “Extras >> FoxSaver >> Start FoxSaver” to start the RSS feed.

With the “Idle minutes” setting you can
enter after how long the “FoxSaver” will
be automatically started.
In addition, you can adapt the size of the
graphics to the display with “Fit Small Pic-
tures to Screen”.
