Symptom Correction
USB / Card Reader:
Does not work
•
Pay attention to the right fitting of the external
storages.
•
Please uses storages from other brand and
smaller capacitiy.
•
Pay attention on the size of the storages.
No subtitles
•
Wrong MPEG-4 subtitle format
•
Please rename the MPEG-4 subtitle to the
same movie file name. Movie.avi and Movie.srt
•
Press the SUBTITLE button
•
Only one external subtitle is supported. Please
pay attention by the notifacation of movie and
subtitle file.
Wrong aspect ratio
•
Press the 16:9/4:3 button on the remote control
to correct the aspect ratio until the displaying is
correct.
No Files in the browser
•
Press the PICTURE, MOVIE, MUSIC or TEXT
button and choose a content.
•
The connected memory is empty
•
Search a suppprted file format in the folders
•
Please change in the SELECT MEDIA menu to
the FILE selection.
Troubleshooting
