Troubleshooting DVB-T
Check the following guide for the possible cause of a problem before contacting service.

No DVB-T reception /
serious distortion by
mosaics or artefacts/
freeze pictures

Switch the player into the DVB-T mode.

No DVB-T reception in your region.
x
Realign the antenna. Please pay attention to the direction of
the antenna tower.
x
Please use an active indoor aerial or a roof antenna.
x
Retry the Auto Scan.
x
The HSD 7799 can only receive SD/MPEG2 Broadcasts. HD
MPEG4 is not supported
No power
x
Plug the power cord into the outlet tightly and turn on the
power.
Can not scan programs

Adjust the antenna

Refer settings for searching
No picture / no coloured
pictures

Control the connection to the TV set.

Control the video output mode in the setup.
Remote control does not
