Function and application
The heavy-duty guide consists of a
U-guide with two parallel guide rails
(HD) and a linear drive (e.g. DGO,
DGE, DGP).
When the linear drive is operated by
pressure or current applied to alternate
sides, the slide of the linear drive
moves backwards and forwards. This is
fixed to the slide

of the HD-guide.
The heavy-duty guide is intended for
use in transporting heavy masses with
the slide. It is particularly suitable for
use with strong lateral forces and for
taking up high tipping torques.
This guide is referred to in the following
as DG...-HD-....
Funktion und Anwendung
Die Schwerlastführung besteht aus ei-
ner U-Führung mit zwei parallelen Füh-
rungsschienen (HD) und einem Linea-
rantrieb (z.B. DGO, DGE, DGP).
Durch wechselseitigen Betrieb bewegt
sich der Läufer des Linearantriebs hin
und her. Dieser ist formschlüssig mit
dem Läufer

der HD-Führung verbun-
den.
Die Schwerlastführung ist bestimmungs-
gemäß zum Massetransport im Schlit-
tenbetrieb vorgesehen. Sie dient insbe-
sondere zur Aufnahme starker Querkräf-
te und hoher Kipp-Momente.
Die Schwerlastführung wird im folgen-
den zusammenfassend mit DG...-HD-...
bezeichnet.
