• Verwenden Sie Drossel-Rückschlag-
ventile vom Typ GRLA-... zum Ein-
stellen der Schlitten-Geschwindigkeit.
Diese werden direkt in die Druckluf-
tanschlüsse eingeschraubt.
• Prüfen Sie die Notwendigkeit von
gesteuerten Rückschlagventilen Typ
HGL-...
Bei Druckabfall in senkrechter oder
schräger Einbaulage vermeiden Sie
damit ein plötzliches Abwärtsgleiten
der beweglichen Masse.
• Verwenden Sie zwei 3/2-Wegeventi-
le (in Grundstellung offen) zur An-
steuerung der SLM.
Nur so wird der Schlitten ortsfest ein-
gespannt beim Anhalten zwischen
den Endlagen.
elektrisch
• Verkabeln Sie Sensoren und
Näherungsschalter nach Plan
(siehe separate Bedienungsanlei-
tung).
• Use one-way flow control valves of
type GRLA-... for setting the slide
speed.
These valves must be screwed
directly into the compressed air
connections.
Check to see if open-loop controlled
non-return valves type HGL-... are
necessary.
If there is a drop in pressure when the
drive is fitted in a vertical or diagonal
position, the movable load could sud-
denly slide down.
• Use two 3/2-way directional control
valves (normally open) for controlling
the SLM.
Only in this way will the slide be
held in position when it stops be-
tween the two end positions.
Electrical
• Wire the circuit for the sensors and
the proximity switch(es) in accord-
ance with the plan (see separate
operating instructions).
