Definiton:
• Verwenden Sie ein zentrales Entlüf-
tungsventil vor der BV-Steuerung.
Bei Einstell- und Umrüstarbeiten ist
das BV samt Steuerung damit stets
drucklos zu schalten.
Beim Einsatz des BV an Pressen:
• Verwenden Sie für die Steuerung
des BV vorzugsweise Positionssigna-
le, die an der rotierenden Exzenter-
scheibe der Presse abgetastet wer-
den.
Diese sind in der Regel exakter und
wartungsfreier abgreifbar als bei li-
nearer Positionsabfrage des Pressen-
stempels.
Definiton:
• Ensure that there is a central ex-
haust valve upstream in the BV con-
trol circuit.
During adjustment and conversion
work the BV and the control circuit
pressure must always be switched
off.
If the BV is used on presses,
• you should preferably use position si-
gnals for controlling the BV. These
position signals are scanned on the
rotating eccentric disc of the press.
These signals are usually more preci-
se and do not require readjustment
of the scanner, as would be the
case with linear scanning of the
press punch.
