INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION, THE WORKING AND THE MAINTENANCE

1 Installation

- Transport the packed machine in vertical position and without shakes.
- Position the mixer in the foreseen position, eventually using its wheels and handles.
- Adjust the feet (A3) of the mixer base, so that this one is perfectly horizontal.
- Remove any eventual internal package and verify that the equipment for the drawing of the containers moves freely.
- Insert the electrical plug in a current tap correctly earthen.

2 Control

- Close the lower door (A2) and the gate (A1) of the device.
- Verify that the manual brake (A4) is released and that the opening of the gate is impossible.
- Release the emergency switch (A9). The green light (A8) of the control board will light for the device preconditioning to this
operation.
- Select on the timer (A6) the desired time. For the control phase, we suggest the selection of a time of about 1 minute.
- Rotate the selector switch (A7) and verify that the machine works correctly. During this operation, control that the gate is
correctly closed.
- The machine will stop automatically as soon as the selected time is over. To open the gate, act the brake (A5), in this way
the gate will be released, the device for the container drawing will be breaked and the motors will be disconnected.
- If the machine should not work, verify that the gate is perfectly closed.
- If the machine doesn't work and if the gate opens, remove the electrical plug from the current tap and control the lock
system, placed on the back-upper side of the machine. Substitute the fields (B5) of the lever (B6) if these are released or
defect.

3 Loading and working

- Open completely the gate (A1) and the front-loading door (A2).
- Position the container on the rotating table of the drawing device (B8); if necessary, use the special chute (B7). Pay
particular attention to the centring. Use as references the concentric demarcations of the table. Block the eventual handle of
the container with the relative elastic belt included in the supply.
- Unlock the lever (B10) picking up the security block (BB1), rotating it of 90° in clockwise or anticlockwise direction (BB
fig.2) and getting the lever (BB2) in vertical position (BB fig. 3).
- Screw (block) the container between the rotating tables of the basket. For this operation, rotate in clockwise the handle
(B10).
-When the can is blocked turn the levers (BB2) in horizontal position and the security block in the original position (BB fig. 1)

N.B.: BEFORE CLOSING THE SHUTTER DOOR (A1) BE SURE THE LEVERS (BB2) ARE COMPLETLY CLOSED, MOVING THE
HANDLE (BB3) LIGTHLY IN CLOCKWISE AND ANTICLOCKWISE DIRECTION AND CHEKING THE HANDLE ITSELF IS LOCKED.
BE SURE THE SECURITY BLOCK (BB1) IS PARALLEL TO THE HANDLE (BB fig. 1).

- Adjust the drawing device so that the container is in vertical position. Close again the loading door and the gate.

N.B.: IF THE SHUTTER DOOR WAS STOPPED BY THE BLOCKING DEVICE, DON’T FORCE IT.
CHECK THE CORRECT POSITIONING OF THE LEVERS (BB2) AND SECURITY BLOCK (BB1).

- Start the machine releasing the switch (A9), set on the timer (A6) the desired mixing time and act the switch for the
running selection (A7), dependently on the weight of the loaded container (high speed for container weight from 0,5 to 7
Kg.-, low speed for container weight heavier than 7 Kg.).
- If one desires to stop the machine, operate the switch (A9): this operation will cause the immediate interruption of the
working.

- In any case, in order to obtain the immediate stop of the basket, we suggest to operate the hand brake, as shown in (A5).
- To extract the container, push the lever (B9) in vertical position as in Fig. B20, rotate lever (B10) in anticlockwise.

N. B.: DON'T ROTATE LEVER (B10) IF BEFORE LEVERS (B9) ARE NOT IN VERTICAL POSITION AS

INDICATED IN FIG. (B20).

- For all normal operations it isn't necessary to switch the switch (A9) on or off.
- However, this switch has to be switched off in case of long periods of non-running of the machine and, for instance, during
the night.
