2 System requirements
For applying the oscilloscope function the following requirements must be met.
PC or laptop with:
• Microsoft Windows 98/NT (Service Pack 5) /2000 (Service Pack 2) /XP
• IBM compatible PC (Pentium 166 processor or higher)
• 64 MB (RAM)
• 40 MB free hard disk capacity
• VGA graphics card
• CD-ROM drive
• Use of a mouse
In order to use the HTML online help, the Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher is required.
Note!
The communication takes place via system bus (CAN).
Note!
If your computer is provided with a full DriveServer version, please add the System Bus server to the
DriveServer configuration. The Global Drive Oscilloscope exclusively communicates via the
DriveServer/System Bus Server.
