Das Magnetband ist vor Abrieb und mechanischer Be-
schädigung und Splitterfl ug zu schützen. Es ist darauf
zu achten, das Magnetband nicht zu verdrehen, da es
sonst zu mechanischen Spannungen kommen kann.
Es ist empfohlen das Kabel des Sensorkopfes mit ei-
ner Zugentlastung zu versehen.
Protect magnetic tape from abrasion, mechanical
damage and fl ying fragments. The magnetic tape
must not be twisted to avoid inner mechanical ten-
sions. It is recommended to use a cable strain for the
sensor head.
Montage / Mounting
It is recommended to mount the magnetic tape in a chan-
nel in order to achieve better protection against dissolu-
tion. The depth of the channel should be according to the
height of the magnetic tape.
Befestigung in einer Nut / Fixation in a channel
Es wird empfohlen, das Magnetband in einer Nut zu be-
festigen, um einen besseren Schutz gegen Ablösen zu
erreichen. Die Tiefe der Nut sollte so gewählt sein, dass
das Magnetband komplett darin eingebettet ist.

1. Reinigen der Montagefl äche
2. Entfernen der Schutzfolie
3. Aufkleben des Magnetbands
4. Reinigen des Magnetbands
5. Entfernen der Schutzfolie vom Abdeckband
6. Aufkleben des Abdeckbands
(leicht überlappen lassen)
1. Clean mounting surface
2. Remove protective sheet
3. Glue magnetic tape
4. Clean magnetic tape
5. Remove protective sheet of the cover foil
6. Glue cover foil (slight overlap)
