Konfiguration des
PROFIBUS Netzwerks
Legen Sie mit Datei - Neu - PROFIBUS das Bussystem
fest, wählen mit Einfügen - Master / Slave die Geräte
an Ihrem PROFIBUS-Netzwerk aus und vergeben die
Stationsadressen.
Für PROFIBUS-DP doppelklicken Sie auf die Slaves
und konfigurieren Sie die einzelnen Geräte. Die Adres-
sen im Prozessabbild werden bei Autoadressierung
ein vom SyCon vergeben, andernfalls müssen Sie
diese manuell eingeben.
Für PROFIBUS-FMS definieren Sie mit Einfügen -
Kommunikationsreferenz die Kommunikationsbezie-
hungen und nach Doppelklicken auf das Icon des FMS-
Geräts das Objektverzeichnis im Menüpunkt OV.
Stellen Sie die Baudrate in Einstellungen - Buspara-
meter ein.
Stellen Sie mit Einstellungen - Gerätezuordnung ein,
über welchen Treiber der Systemkonfigurator mit dem
CIF kommunizieren kann.
Speichern Sie die Konfiguration zunächst auf dem PC
mit dem Menü Datei - Speichern und übertragen Sie
diese anschließend auf das Interface mit Online -
Download.
Für PROFIBUS-DP überprüfen Sie die Kommunikation
mit Online - Debugmodus starten. Alle Geräte müs-
sen grün dargestellt werden. Wenn nicht, doppelklicken
Sie auf die roten Icons und überprüfen Sie die
Diagnosebits.
Für PROFIBUS-FMS überprüfen Sie die Kommunikati-
on mit Online - FMS-Monitor.
Prüfen Sie mit der Funktion Online - Live List, welche
Stationen am PROFIBUS Netzwerk erkannt werden.
Configuration
PROFIBUS Network
With File - New - PROFIBUS, select the bus system,
with Insert - Master / Slave choose the devices of the
PROFIBUS network and assign the station addresses.
For PROFIBUS-DP double click on the Slaves and con-
figure the different devices. The addresses at the pro-
cess image are defined by SyCon if Auto addressing
is on, otherwise the addresses must be entered
manually.
For PROFIBUS-FMS define the communication relati-
ons with Insert - Communication Reference and after
double clicking the icon of the FMS-device the object
directory in the menu OD.
Set the baudrate in Settings - Busparameter.
Also assign in Settings - Device Assignment via
which driver SyCon will communicate to the CIF.
Save the configuration at the PC with the menu item
File - Save and afterwards transfer it to the interface
with Online - Download.
For PROFIBUS-DP check the communication with
Online - Start Debug Mode. All bus devices must be
displayed green. If not, double click at the red icons and
look at the diagnostic flags.
For PROFIBUS-FMS check the communication using
Online - FMS-Monitor.
Check with the function Online - Live List if the station
is basically present on the PROFIBUS network.
