For establishing a connection, the receiving mode in the lamp has to be activated.

Keep the lamp’s button depressed until five

green LEDs

light up and let the

button go. The receiving mode is now active for 10 seconds. During this time, press the

remote control’s button once to establish the connection between the transmitter and the

receiver. Possible LED signals of the lamp during the 10-seconds period may be ignored.

Several lamps and one transmitter:

The pairing principle allows for connecting several lamps with one transmitter. First, activa-

te the receiving mode in the lamps, then press the transmitter’s button within 10 seconds.

Transmitter and receivers are secured by a code so that the lamps may not be operated by

an unknown transmitter.

Several transmitters and one lamp:

Up to 3 transmitters may be connected to one lamp. The transmitter-specific codes are

stored in the lamp according to a “first in first out” principle. If you want to use only one

transmitter again to control your lamp, it might be necessary to connect this transmitter

up to 3 times with the lamp until all other codes in the list will have been overwritten.

Operation Remote control

By default, your lamp has already been connected to the transmitter.

Therefore, you do not have to observe the following steps for a start.

Connecting the transmitter to the receiver:

Transmitter LED backlight:

By default, the blue LED of the transmitter lights up for 20

minutes each time the button has been pressed. Keep the but-

ton depressed for 10 seconds to deactivate the backlight. For

reactivation, keep the button depressed again for 10 seconds

and then release.

Note:

With sinking battery voltage, the blue backlight will fade

out until it disappears. Also cold temperature will reduce the

battery voltage.

Transmitter battery warning:

With a fully charged button cell, the transmitter’s LED will be

bright blue. With decreasing voltage, the LED will also become

weaker.

If the voltage of the button cell decreases further, both

the blue and the red LED will light. Finally, only the red LED of

the button will light up but also fade out with sinking voltage.

In practice, you may keep on using the transmitter for some

time even after the red LED stopped working, however chan-

ging the battery is recommended.

Transmitter battery change:

For changing the battery, loosen all 4 screws at the bottom

of the transmitter using a T5 torx screw driver. Insert the new

CR 2016 button cell as shown and close the transmitter again.

Tighten the screws until the blue sealing is visibly squeezed.
