Preparation of the cable

Leitung 6 auf gewünschte Nennlänge
ablängen.

Cut the cable 6 to the desired nominal
length.

Leitung in Isolierteil 3 einfügen und
mittels Abisolierzange auf Länge
L= 6mm abisolieren.

Slide insulator 3 onto cable and strip
SAPP4-L end of cable to length
L= 6mm with cable stripper.
Montage
Assembly

Leitung 6 in Stecker 2 löten. Max.
Löttemperatur: 350°C.
Stecker und Lötstelle müssen frei von
austretendem Lötzin sein.

Solder cable 6 in plug 2. Max. solder
temperature: 350°C.
Plug and solder area should be free
from excess solder.
Hinweis:
Ein Block mit Bohrung Ø 4,2mm
hält den Stecker 2 beim löten fest.
Note:
For soldering purposes a block
with a drilled hole Ø 4,2mm should
be used to hold the plug 2 in
positio n.
