5.8 Wechsel und Abgleich Etiketten-
lichtschranke
Wechsel Etikettenlichtschranke:
1. Gerät vom Netz trennen.
2. Verkleidung demontieren (Deckel und Gehäuse).
3. Steckverbinder (1) der Etikettenlichtschranke vorsich-
tig von der Leiterplatte abziehen.
4. Kabelhalter (2) öffnen und Kabel herausnehmen.
5. Spindel (3) aus der Etikettenlichtschranke herausdre-
hen.
6. Neue Etikettenlichtschranke in die Öffnung ein-
schieben und mit Spindel (3) befestigen.
7. Kabel an der Leiterplatte aufstecken.
8. Neue Etikettenlichtschranke abgleichen.
Etikettenlichtschrankenkabel:
- muß straff gelegt sein,
- darf nicht an beweglichen Teilen
anliegen oder diese behindern.

5.8 Replacing and Adjusting the
Label Edge Sensor
Replacing the Label Edge Sensor:
1. Unplug the power cable.
2. Disassemble the chassis (casing and cover).
3. Unplug the plug connector (1) carefully from the PCB.
4. Open the cable holder (2) and remove the cable.
5. Rotate the axle (3) until the label edge sensor comes
off.
6. Insert the new label edge sensor into the opening.
Fasten the sensor by rotating the axle (3).
7. Plug the connector (1) into the PCB.
8. Adjust the new sensor.
Make sure that the label edge sensor
cable:
- is stretched;
- does not touch moving parts or
hinder them.
