MP3 files in the Sports Camcorder
You can copy MP3 files from a PC to the Sports Camcorder while connected to the
PC with a USB cable.
Before your start!
◆ You can copy the MP3 files when <USB Mode>
sets to <Mass Storage> ➥page 98
1. Press the [POWER] button to turn on the
Sports Camcorder.
◆ The Movie Record screen appears.
2. Connect the Sports Camcorder to the PC
using the USB cable provided.
◆ A - Connect the USB cable to the Sports
Camcorder.
◆ B - Connect the other end of the USB cable to
the PC.
3. Double-click the new removable drive to open.
4. Select the MUSIC folder and double-click to
enter.
5. Drag and drop the MP3 file from your PC into
the MUSIC folder.
◆ The maximum music memory capacity is
2000 MP3 files.
Disconnecting USB Connection
After completing the data transfer, you must
disconnect the cable in the following way.
1. Select the removable disk icon and click the
right mouse button to select ‘Safely Remove
Hardware’.
2. Select ‘Stop’ and disconnect the USB cable when
the pop-up screen disappears.

✤ Copying and redistributing of MP3 files may
violate the copyright law.
✤ You cannot create a new folder on your Sports
Camcorder.

✤ You can copy a folder on your Sports Camcorder.
✤ To see MP3 file capacity with regards to the
Sports Camcorder's memory capacity. ➥page 32.
✤ It is recommended to use an AC Power Adapter
during the file transfer to avoid unintended power
outage due to low battery power.
Copying MP3 Files to the Sports Camcorder
Über ein USB-Kabel können Sie MP3-Dateien von einem Computer auf den
Sports Camcorder kopieren.
Vor dem Start!
◆ Wenn <USB Mode> (USB-Mod.) auf <Mass Storage>
(Massenspeicher) gestellt ist, können Sie die MP3-
Dateien kopieren. ➥Seite 98
1. Drücken Sie die Taste [POWER], um den Sports
Camcorder einzuschalten.
◆ Der Bildschirm Movie Record (Videoaufnahme) wird
angezeigt.
2. Schließen Sie den Sports Camcorder mit dem
beiliegenden USB-Kabel an den Computer an.
◆ A - Schließen Sie das USB-Kabel an den Sports
Camcorder an.
◆ B - Schließen Sie das andere Kabelende an den
Computer an.
3. Doppelklicken Sie auf das neue Wechsellaufwerk, um
es zu öffnen.
4. Wählen Sie die MP3-Datei aus und öffnen Sie sie mit
einem Doppelklick.
5. Verschieben Sie die MP3-Datei von Ihrem Computer in
den Ordner MUSIC.
◆ Die maximale Musikspeicherkapazität liegt bei 2000
MP3-Dateien.
Trennen der USB-Verbindung
Nachdem der Datentransfer beendet ist, trennen Sie das Kabel
wie folgt:
1. Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Symbol für
den Wechseldatenträger und wählen Sie anschließend
“Safely remove hardware” (Hardware sicher entfernen).
2. Wählen Sie ‘Stop’ (Anhalten) und trennen Sie das USB-
Kabel, wenn sich das Popup-Dialogfenster wieder
geschlossen hat.

Kopieren und Weitergeben von MP3-Dateien.
✤ Sie können auf Ihrem Sports Camcorder keinen neuen
Ordner erstellen.

✤ Sie können einen Ordner auf Ihren Sports Camcorder
kopieren.
✤ Die Kapazität von MP3-Dateien in Bezug auf die
Speicherkapazität des Sports Camcorders ➥Seite 32.
✤ Bei der Übertragung der Dateien sollte das Gerät
an ein Netzteil angeschlossen sein, um eine sichere
Stromversorgung zu gewährleisten.
