3. Installation
3.1 Transport Protection
For transportation, the saw is disassembled into three parts.
In order to prevent uncontrolled twisting of the saw arm during transportation, the saw arm is
tied to the machine table.
For transportation, the saw-frame is disassembled into two parts and the guides are secured
against slipping out
3.2 Cleaning the saw
 All parts that are not varnished are protected against corrosion.
 Remove the corrosion protection
3.3 Setting-Up the Saw
 Mount the saw on an even machine foundation.
 Adjust in both directions using a water-level.
 Apply oil to all parts that are not varnished
3.4 Tasks to be performed by an Electrician
 Make sure your mains voltage corresponds to the value as shown on the type plate.
 Use an appropriate fuse according to the power requirements.
 Attach with cable (5 x 2,5 mm 2 ) using a connector plug for the machine as suitable for your
system.
