5. Accelerate the work load in steps until the operating speed is reached.
Pease refer to the calculations for your application for the speed required.
Linear module type HMP−...−B−... must not strike hard against the intermediate
position.
Concluding the test run:
6. Make sure that the guide tube of the linear module is in the park position.
7. Exhaust linear module type HMP−...−B−... and the intermediate position module
HMP−...−B−...−Z..−...Ă.
6 Care and maintenance
S If the intermediate position module is dirty, clean it with a soft cloth.
Permitted cleaning agents are:
ć soap suds (max. 60 °C)
ć all non−abrasive media.
S Replace the buffer elements on the
housing (D) or on the stop lever (E) in
order to minimize noise:
ć if the stop lever can be heard to strike
hard
ć at the latest every 3 million switching
cycles.
Otherwise the intermediate position module
does not require any maintenance.
