Zum Abbau des Vakuums für alle Vari-
anten:
7. Unterbrechen Sie die Stromzufuhr der
elektrischen Anschlüsse für die Vaku-
umerzeugung

Die Vakuumdüse wird über den
Schalldämpfer entlüftet.
Bei der Vakuumdüse mit Abwurfimpuls-
Funktion und
Vakuumschalter (VADMI-
...-P/N)
•
Berücksichtigen Sie, dass ein Dros-
selrückschlagventil den schnellen Ab-
bau des Vakuums verhindert.
Durch Leckage (z.B. raue oder durch-
lässige Oberflächen) wird das Vaku-
um trotzdem abgebaut.
In Verbindung mit einer übergeordneten
Logik (z.B. SPS) kann bei VADM(I)-...-
P/N (ohne Sparfunktion) die Vakuumer-
zeugung im Bereich der Hysterese [von
a) nach b)] unterbrochen werden (Spar-
funktion = SF).
Diese Sparfunktion ist bei VADMI-...-LS-
... bereits integriert. Der ordnungsge-
mäße Saugvorgang wird durch ein Mel-
designal (A in Bild 29) und zusätzlich
durch die Schaltpunkt-LED

bestätigt.
Tritt eine Störung auf (z. B. ein abgefal-

In conjunction with a higher-order logic
(e.g. PLC), vacuum generation on the
VADM(I)-...-P/N (without economy functi-
on) can be interrupted in the hysteresis
range [from a) to b)] (economy function
= SF).
This economy function is already incor-
porated in the VADMI-...-LS-... . The
correct suction process is confirmed by
a signal (A in Fig. 29) and also by the
switching point LED
