Buchse (1) bzw. Stecker (2) so ausrich-
ten, dass das weisse Markierungsdrei-
eck beim Steckvorgang gut sichtbar

Align socket (1) or plug (2) so that
white triangle is visible during plug-
ging.
Unterlegscheibe (5), Federscheibe
(4) und Mutter (3) montieren und mit
Drehmomentschlüssel SW24 anzie-
hen, dabei mit Gabelschlüssel SW24
und Mutter (7) kontern. Anzugsdreh-
moment: 30Nm. Reassemble washer (5), lock washer
(4) and nut (3). Tighten nut (3) with the
torque spanner 24mm A/F and secure
it with open-end spanner 24mm A/F
and nut (7). Tightening torque 30Nm.
2. Steckverbindermontage in
Fronttafel 2. Connector assembly in
front panel
Hinweis:
Die Fronttafel muss aus nich-
tleitendem Material sein. Es ist
darauf zu achten, dass die Montage
von weiteren Elementen auf der
Frontplatte in einem ausreichenden
Abstand zum Rundsteckverbinder
und angebrachten Kabelschuhen
und Stromschienen erfolgt. Fronttafel
bohren gemäss Bohrplan (ill. 4).

tention to the fact that when mount-
ing further elements to the front
panel suffi cient distance is main-
tained between then conductors,
cable lugs and busbars etc. Drill front
panel according to drilling plan (ill. 4).

Muttern (3,7,8) und Scheiben (4,5,6,9)
von Buchse (1) bzw. Stecker (2) lösen. (ill. 8)
Remove nuts (3,7,8) and washers
(4,5,6,9) from socket (1) or plug (2).

Buchse (1) bzw. Stecker (2) in die
Fronttafel A einführen. Der O-Ring (10)
muss dabei sauber in der Nut liegen (ill. 9)
Insert socket (1) or plug (2) into front
panel A. The o-ring must sit correctly
in the groove.
Buchse (1) bzw. Stecker (2) so aus-
richten, dass das weisse Markierungs-
dreieck (D) beim Steckvorgang gut
sichtbar ist. Align socket (1) or plug (2) so that
white triangle (D) is visible during
plugging.
Unterlegscheibe (9) und Mutter (8)
montieren und mit Drehmoment-
schlüssel SW24 anziehen. Als Ver-
drehschutz beim Anziehen von Mutter
(8), die Muttern (7+3) montieren und
anziehen. Anzugsdrehmoment für
Mutter (8) 25 Nm. Mutter (8) mit Kleb-
stoff z.B. Loctite 242 sichern. Assemble washer (9) and nut (8). As-
semble nuts (7+3) to counter the twist-
ing action when tightening nut (8) with
the torque spanner 24mm A/F. Tighten-
ing torque of nut (8) is 25 Nm. Secure
nut (8) with glue (e.g. Loctite 242).
