ten, dass die beiden O-Ringe (10) sau-
ber in der Nut liegen. Unterlegscheibe
(9) und Mutter (8) montieren. Zum
Verdrehschutz beim Anziehen von
Mutter (8), die Muttern (7+3) mon-
tieren und anziehen. Anzugsdrehmo-
ment von Mutter (8) 20Nm. Mutter (8)
mit Klebstoff z.B.Loctite 242 sichern.

Insert plug (2) into microswitch struc-
ture (11) making sure that both o-rings
(10) are correctly seated. Assemble
washer (9) and nut (8). Assemble nuts
(7+3) to counter the twisting action
when tightening nut (8) with the
torque spanner 24mm A/F. Tighten-
ing torque: 20Nm. Secure nut (8) with
glue (e.g. Loctite 242).

Der Mikroschalter schaltet unmittelbar
bevor die Verriegelung einrastet und
zeigt damit an, dass die Steckverbin-
dung hergestellt ist.
By switching immediately prior to
engagement of the interlock, the
microswitch indicates that the plug
connection is made.
Hinweis:
Die korrekte Verriegelung ist erst
nach dem Einrasten sichergestellt.

Correct interlocking is achieved
only after engagement.

Schutzkappe über Steckverbinder
ziehen. DBT-IB16NS über Buchse (1),
DST16NS über Stecker (2). Schlaufe
über Steckverbinder legen und das
Seil bei Pos. P festziehen.

DBT-IB16NS over the socket (1), and
DST16NS over plug (2). Pull loop over
the connector and fasten cord at posi-
tion (P).
