7 Maintenance
The pyrometer does not have any parts which require regular service, only the
lens has to be kept clean.
The lens can be cleaned with a soft cloth for cleaning glasses or photo objec-
tives.
The Si-lens of the IN 5-DC-PL2 has an anti-reflective coating which appears
slightly colored. Be extremely careful - this layer can easily be rubbed off - this
will greatly affect the measuring results!
