• Proceed as follows:
1. Move the slide of the DGP(L)-... linear
drive into one of the following fixed positions:
- pressurized end position
- piston with cylinder chamber K

pressurized on both sides
- stable position (e.g. lowest point)
2. Unscrew the fastening screws for the
driver.
3. Remove the driver by pulling it
upwards (a) (with DGP(L)K-18-...,
push the driver to the side and relieve
the compression spring).
4. Pressurize the clamping unit (b).
5. Push the friction blocks out of the
profile (c).
6. Insert new friction blocks into the
profile and observe the following:
- the correct position of the friction
block with magnet (M) see Fig. 29
• Vollziehen Sie folgende Schritte.
1. Läufer des Linearantriebs DGP(L)-...
in eine fixierte Position bringen:
- belüftete
Endlagenposition
- Kolben mit beidseitig belüfteter
Zylinderkammer
- stabilen Lage (z. B.: tiefster Punkt)
2. Befestigungsschrauben für Mit-
nehmer ausdrehen.
3. Mitnehmer nach oben abziehen (a)
(bei DGP(L)K-18-... Mitnehmer zur
Seite schieben und Druckfeder
entlasten).
4. Klemmeinheit belüften (b).
5. Reibklötze aus dem Profil
herausschieben (c).
6. Neue Reibklötze in Profil einführen.
Dabei sind folgende Punkte zu
beachten:
- die richtige Position des Reibklotzes
mit Magnet (M) siehe Bild 29
