Funktion und Anwendung
Die Klemmeinheit DG..K-... fixiert den
Mitnehmer durch eine kraftschlüssige
Verbindung des Reibbelags mit dem
Klemmprofil. Der Kraftschluß wird durch
federbelastete Bolzen aufgebracht.
Durch das Belüften des Druckluftansch-
lusses
© der Klemmeinheit wird ein in
sich abgeschlossenes Schlauchstück
ausgedehnt, bis der Kraftschluß zwi-
schen Mitnehmer und Klemmeinheit ge-
löst wird. Der mit dem Mitnehmer ver-
bundene Läufer des Linearantriebs läßt
sich solange frei bewegen, bis der
Druckluftanschluß der Klemmeinheit en-
tlüftet wird.
Die Klemmeinheit DG..K-... in Kombina-
tion mit einem Festo-Linearantrieb vom
Typ DGP(I)-... oder DGP(I)L-... wird
bestimmungsgemäß zur Fixierung des
Läufers verwendet.
Nicht zulässig ist:
– das Abbremsen der Läufergeschwin-
digkeit bis zum Stillstand (Haltebrem-
se) und
– das Realisieren von Sicherheitsfunk-
tionen.

Function and application
The DG..K-... clamping unit holds the
driver by means of a friction-locked con-
nection between the friction lining and
the clamping profile. The friction lock is
maintained by spring-loaded bolts.
When pressure is applied to the com-
pressed air connection
© of the clamp-
ing unit, a piece of tubing is expanded
until the friction lock between the driver
and the clamping unit is released. The
slide of the linear drive is connected to
the driver and can move freely until the
compressed air connection of the
clamping unit is exhausted.
The DG..K-... clamping unit in combina-
tion with a Festo linear drive of type
DGP(I)-... or DGP(I)L-... is designed for
holding the slide.
The following are not permitted:
– braking the speed of the slide until it
comes to a stand (holding brake)
and
– the implementation of safety
functions.
