4.3 RESET – Function
The RESET - function is used to tare/zero the output signal. Zero shift occur while mounting strain
gage sensors, because of sliding or temperature differences.
It’s possible to tare an output signal up to +/-6mV/V with the amplifier. If the signal is higher than +/-
6mV/V, it is not possible to tare the signal anymore and the LED will turn on.
There are two possibilities to reset the amplifier.
1. Reset by the control via the connector pin 5.
2. Underneath the amplifier cover by pressing the reset button manually.
