When prompted, select the features that you want to install. By default all
features are selected.
Note
Remember that KADMOS 4.2 ®, developed by Recognition GmbH,
must be licensed separately.

If you have chosen to install Ascent Xtrata Pro Server, the Ascent Xtrata Pro
Service Configuration dialog box will display.

Processing Services
You can choose to log on Ascent Xtrata Pro Batch Processing Service as a Local
System account with the additional option to ”Allow service to interact with
desktop,“ if you want to allow messages to be sent to the desktop.
Otherwise, you can select This account to define a user account password.
You can change the startup type for the service from the default value of
‘Manual’ to ‘Automatic,’ if you want the service to be started each time the
computer starts. You can also disable the service.
Note
Remember that the installation does not start the Ascent Xtrata Pro
Batch Processing Service if it is configured as ‘Automatic’. Please start the
service from the service management console if you want to use it
immediately. After the first reboot of the computer the service is then started
automatically.
These settings are used for all five services (the Ascent Xtrata Pro Batch
Processing Service and Ascent Xtrata Pro Extraction Services 1-4).
You can change the service settings anytime using the control panel. For details
see Step 4 Configure Ascent Xtrata Pro Batch Processing Services on page 7.
Note
The account will be checked and if it is not a valid account, an error
message will display. You can either return to the log on dialog box to reenter
