4. Operation
• Verbindung zwischen Netz und
Gerät herstellen (230 V, 50 Hz)
(115 V, 60 Hz).
• Netzschalter "power" betätigen.
• Glasplatte, Folie, Prüfblech oder
Prüfkarte auf den entsprechenden
Bereich auflegen. Je nach Glas-
platte etc. kann diese mit der
Klammer positioniert werden.
• Ziehvorrichtung mit der Rücktaste
in die linke Startposition bringen
• Gewünschte Geschwindigkeit
einstellen.
• Applikator vor die Ziehvorrichtung
auf die Prüfkarte legen.
• Beschichtungsmaterial (z.B. Lack)
entsprechend dem Applikator-Typ
aufbringen.
• Connect the instrument to the
mains supply (230 V, 50 Hz)
(115 V, 60 Hz).
• Press the power button.
• Place a glass plates, plastic films,
metal test panels on the
appropriate area. Fix the glass
plates etc. in position by either
clamping.
• Use the Return key to return the
traverse of carriage in the left start
position.
• Select the required traverse
speed.
• Place an applicator block in front
of the traverse of carriage.
• Pour a quantity of the coating
material (e.g. paint) on the test
chart according to the applicator
type.
• Move the applicator with the
constand traverse to the right
position. Remove any excess
material from the wire cator.
• Return the traverse of carriage to
its starting position
• Remove the glas plates etc.
• Applikator mit konstanter

• Ziehvorrichtung wieder in die
Startposition bringen.
• Glasplatte etc. entnehmen.
