Montage:
■
Montageanleitung sorgfältig bis zum Schluss durch-
lesen!
■
Absperrorgane vor und hinter dem Zähler schließen.
■
Einbaustelle druckentlasten.
■
Vorhandenen Zähler oder Passstück ausbauen.
■
Nur neues und einwandfreies Dichtmaterial verwen-
den.
■
Dichtflächen auf Beschädigungen kontrollieren.
■
Beim Einbau die korrekte Fließrichtung beachten.
Darauf achten, dass die Dichtungen nicht verrut-
schen, herausfallen oder beschädigt werden.
■
Einbaulage: - RNK-RP-N: beliebig
- RTKD-S: beliebig jedoch kein
„Überkopf-Einbau“
■
Überwurfmuttern aufschrauben und festziehen.
■
Absperrorgane langsam öffnen – Druckschläge
vermeiden.
■
Einbaustelle auf Dichtheit prüfen. Das Rollenzähl-
werk und die Konformitäts-/Metrologiekennzeichen
müssen jederzeit gut ablesbar sein.

Installation:
■
Read this instruction carefully right up to the end!
■
Close stop valves upstream and downstream the
meter
■
Discharge pressure at the installation point
■
Dismantle existing meters or adjusting piece
■
Use only new and flawless sealing material
■
Check the sealing surface for damage
■
Pay attention to correct flow direction while installing.
Ensure that during the installation process the gas-
kets do not slip, do not fall out, or are damaged
■
Installation position:
- RNK-RP-N: any installation position possible
- RTKD-S: any installation position possible except
overhead
■
Screw the connection nuts and tighten them
■
Open vales carefully to avoid pressure shocks
■
Check installation point for leak tightness. The roller
dial and conformity /metrology indication marks have
to be visible and readable at any time
