The Power I/O Box Type 8643 has eight NAMUR sensor
inputs; two sensors are always assigned to one actuator
output.
The sensors signal back the end positions of a connected
process valve. However, they can also signal back other
process values independently of the actuator outputs (e.g.
operator buttons, scraper end positions).
The sensor inputs are designed as ignition protection type

maintenance-free.
