8.2 Hydrauliksystem
1. Rückleitungsfilter.
a. Nach jeweils 150 Stunden Betrieb überprüfen und reinigen. Bei
Verstopfung oder Beschädigung austauschen.
b. Zum Austauschen Motorstromkabel trennen, Steuerventil und
Anschlüsse entfernen.
c. Filterkanister aus der Abdeckung herausheben.
d. Kanister mit Schraubstockgriff greifen. 3/8"-Inbusschlüssel in die
obere Sechskantschraube stecken und Oberteil abschrauben.
Filterelement herausnehmen und reinigen oder austauschen.
e. Filterkanister wieder einbauen. O-Ring überprüfen. Kanister in die
Abdeckplatte stellen und das Steuerventil und die Anschlüsse
einbauen.
HINWEIS: Pumpe mit Wärmetauschern: Filterkanister kann nicht
vollständig von der Abdeckplatte entfernt werden. Teilweise
in der Abdeckung lassen, Kanister greifen und 3/8"-
Inbusschlüssel zum entfernen des Oberteils verwenden.
Filterelement herausnehmen und Filter reinigen oder
austauschen. Filterkanister wieder einbauen.
2. Wechseln des Hydrauliköls
a. Öl ablassen und nach jeweils 300 Stunden Betrieb neues Öl
einfüllen.
b. Zum Ablassen des Öls, Füllstopfen entfernen.Pumpe kippen und Öl
aus der Füllöffnung ablaufen lassen.
c. Behälter wieder mit ENERPAC-Hydrauliköl füllen. Die Verwendung
anderer Öle oder Flüssigkeiten kann die Pumpe, die Dichtungen
und Hydrauliksystemkomponenten beschädigen.
3. Aufbewahren der Pumpe
a. Pumpe sorgfältig reinigen.
b. Öl ablassen und mit neuem Öl füllen. Stopfen an allen
Anschlüssen anbringen.
c. Pumpe abdecken und an einem sauberen, trockenen Ort
aufbewahren.
