1 Description
1.1 General
The HardBoot CCX is a remote power switch and is comprised of one or more
slaves.
The HardBoot CCX is a remote power switch with serial interface (RS232 &
RS485). It is used to turn up to eight electrical devices on or off via the
CATCenter.
By connecting up to 16 slaves, the system can be expanded to control up to
128 plug sockets. This system is ideal for 'Mission-Critical' server applications
with redundant power supplies, offering two redundant and independent
circuits and the ability to control three plug sockets simultaneously via the
CATCenters OSD (Group Mode).
The HardBoot CCX features eight plug sockets that can be individually
controlled via the serial interface of the first slave. Control is provided by the
CATCenter via its serial interface.
