5.9.3 COMMUNICATION SETUP
To enter COMMUNICATION SETUP menu, press at MAIN > SPECIAL > COMM ADJ.
Function Description
CAM ID Sets the camera’s identification number between 0 ~ 55.
BAUD RATE Set the communication speed from 400, 4800, 9600, 900, 38400, 57600bps
UART MODE Sets the data bit length, parity bit and stop bit.
RET PKT If set to ENABLE, camera repeats back the command to the controller.
DISP CAM ID ON displays CAM ID.
PROTOCOL Selects the communication protocol from STW(SPD), Pelco-D, Pelco-P, SEC, Bosch, Honeywell,
Vicon, Pana.
RETURN Saves the settings of COMMUNICATION SETUP and returns to SPECIAL SETUP
IMPORTANT !!!
COMMUNICATION SETUP must match with the controller.
5.10 EXIT
Function Description
SAVE Saves the current settings and exits MAIN SETUP.
NOT SAVE Discards the changes and exits MAIN SETUP.
RESET Resets the camera settings to the factory defaults.
LANGUAGE and MONITOR settings are not initialized.
